First: find some bags. I purchased mine online. (I chose the 5x7½-inch natural kraft bags from www.bagsunlimited.com- I think a cookie fits that size best.) Download the halloween treat bags printable, adjust the printer to fit the bag width and print them out.
Fill with assorted goodies. Candy? Sure.
(I put them into waxed paper bags so the brown
bags wouldn't get all greasy.)
Tie them up with pretty ribbon
and you're all set to hand out these treats.
